Scientist – Strategic Partnerships & External Innovation (Mandarin)

We’re partnering with an innovative and fast-growing biotechnology company developing next-generation biologics across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology and immunology.
This is a unique opportunity for a PhD-trained scientist to move into a strategic, externally-facing role at the intersection of science and business.
You will work closely with internal R&D and leadership teams to evaluate external opportunities, support partnership strategy, and help translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling insights for decision-making and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate external therapeutic opportunities and assets
• Support development of partnership strategies and business cases
• Translate complex biological data into clear scientific and strategic narratives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, clinical, and leadership teams
• Engage with external stakeholders across biotech and pharma
Your Background:
• PhD in immunology, oncology, pharmacology, or related life sciences field
• Strong foundation in drug discovery (biologics or antibody experience preferred)
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
• Exposure to strategy, consulting, venture, partnerships, or related areas is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Additional:
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Mandarin language skills are advantageous but not required
