Location: Remote - supporting federal agency operations

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a collaborative and mission-driven Scrum Master to support a federal client's engineering and analytics teams operating in a Scaled Agile environment.
In this role, you will serve as an enabler for high-performing Agile delivery, helping teams remove obstacles, maintain focus, and deliver mission-critical capabilities that support secure federal operations.
What You'll Do
As a Scrum Master, you will:
• Serve as an Agile enabler for engineering and analytics teams operating within a Scaled Agile framework
• Partner with delivery leads to drive progress toward project and program objectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum Teams to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and barriers to ensure successful sprint execution
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support ART and program-level ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance
• Track and communicate team progress using appropriate Agile metrics and reporting tools
• Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Schedule & Shift Details
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote work; support required during standard U.S. business hours
Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Public Trust clearance required or higher
• 2 years of experience with Scrum methodology
• 2 years of experience with Agile methodology
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scaled Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Azure DevOps in Agile delivery environments
• Experience supporting engineering and analytics teams within federal programs
