About the Role Tempo is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape our visual brand world. This is a rare opportunity to do high impact work, bringing a new brand to life and seeing your creative fingerprints across every touchpoint. You'll report directly to the Creative Director and work across a wide range of projects, from brand campaigns to everyday go-to-market assets. You're someone who thrives with ownership, moves with intention, and knows how to bring a brand idea all the way through to execution. What You'll Work On - Brand identity and campaign development - Merchandise and packaging - Event design and experiential - Social content and digital assets - Go-to-market and marketing collateral What We're Looking For Experience & Skills - 5–8+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio that reflects it - Deep expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite - Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams - Comfortable operating independently. You don't need a lot of hand-holding to deliver great work - Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools - Bonus: web development skills Mindset - A self-starter who takes initiative and owns their work end to end - Equally comfortable going wide (concept and strategy) and going deep (craft and execution) - Calm under ambiguity.
