Senior Director, Strategy – Market Access

Job Description: • Supporting our strategy partnerships with our existing Access Marketing clients • Supporting strategy development for our new business development and growth initiatives • Supporting the development of our thought leadership footprint • Liaising and partnering with strategy counterparts in other areas of the organization • Executing comprehensive access strategy to support pipeline and inline assets • Conducting analysis of qualitative and quantitative research related to market access stakeholders • Analyzing market research, landscape, and analytics reports • Conducting development of market access stakeholder personas/archetypes • Conducting ideation and execution of access marketing solutions, tactics, and activations • Leading strategic planning responsibilities on multiple brands • Contributing to actionable project briefs through translation of insights and strategy Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MPH, etc.) • 7-10 years in market access strategy or related experience, with 3-5 years in agency required • Management experience a plus • Market access agency and/or industry experience required • Advanced understanding of market access marketing, strategies, and trends • Advanced working knowledge in market access-related research tools, agency offerings, services, products, and solutions • Proven success building and launching market access strategies and tactical plans • Seamless ability to translate Advisory subject matter expertise into Marketing brand/access strategy • Proficient at persuasive storytelling • Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker, strategic problem-solver, and focused business leader • Comfortable with public speaking • Ability to use AI platforms to enhance brand strategies • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits: • 401K plan with employer match contribution up to 4% (immediately vested) • Life insurance • Disability coverage • Medical, dental, and vision plans • Flexible working arrangements • 20 vacation days plus one personal well-being day • 9 public holidays • Gifted end-of-year holidays • Early Summer Friday finish in June, July, and August • Free counselling through employee assistance program • Personalized health support • Enhanced maternity, paternity, family leave, and fertility policies • Continuous opportunities for professional development with on-demand training • Global mobility opportunities
