Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting team and is seeking experienced People & Culture professionals to contribute to leadership development and career engagement initiatives within a remote environment.
This contract role is designed for established HR and Talent professionals who are interested in applying their expertise in a flexible, independent, project-based structure.
Position Overview
As a Senior People & Culture Consultant, you will leverage your background in HR, talent development, and stakeholder engagement to support professionals navigating career growth and leadership progression within a structured consulting framework.
This is not a traditional internal HR position. It is a remote contract role focused on advisory, engagement, and leadership-aligned consulting work.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured virtual consultations via Zoom
• Apply your talent development expertise in structured leadership and career transition consultations.
• Engage qualified professionals through compliant digital outreach
• Support implementation of established leadership and success education frameworks
• Maintain activity tracking and reporting within CRM systems
• Operate independently while adhering to defined compliance and communication standards
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Recruitment, or People & Culture leadership
• Experience guiding professionals through strategic career planning and leadership conversations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, digital environment (LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM platforms)
• Self-directed with the ability to manage deliverables and performance expectations
Compensation & Structure
• Independent contractor engagement
• Performance-based compensation aligned with engagement outcomes
• Flexible scheduling within defined operational expectations (part-time or full-time)
• Remote - applicants must have full legal work authorization in the U.S. or Canada
