? Lead and manage a team of 7-10 embedded data analytics professionals
? Drive technical strategy for self-service analytics
? Work with a high level of autonomy and know when to escalate concerns
? Foster strong working relationships with other leaders at the company
? Implement data governance strategies that protect user data
? Create ambitious yet achievable quarterly roadmaps
? Be accountable for making, measuring, and delivering on team commitments
? Invest in your team by building and supporting growth plans
? Create impactful, cross team mentor relationships
Requirements:
? Deep expertise in data analytics and strong understanding of data systems and processes
? 3+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals
? Experience in implementing and scaling self-service analytics platforms and data governance frameworks
? Focus on accurate, complete, and timely analytics tools
? Tailor management style to suit employees
? Excel at stakeholder management
? Build first mentality
? Demand proactive involvement from your team
? Expert experience in experimentation analytics is a plus
