Social Editor / Content Publisher (Contract-to-Hire) — STRDL Management LLC Location: Remote (US preferred) Type: Part‑Time Contractor (20–25 hrs/week) → Intention to move to Full‑Time Employee (W‑2) Comp: $30–$45/hr (contract) → $55k–$70k/year (FT, depending on experience) ⭐About STRDL STRDL Management LLC is a media & intelligence startup that produces content across several brands, including: Future Forecasting Group (FFG) – financial/crypto intelligence & remote viewing Down The Rabbit Hole (DTRH) – deep-dive / esoteric investigations Dr. Scottie – Medical & wellness Numeratus.us – Crypto Accounting Firm and Entrepreneur Incubator We create high-trust content that spans financial forecasting, remote viewing, wellness, geopolitics, and narrative storytelling. We’re looking for a Social Editor / Content Publisher to help us scale publishing and keep our multi-brand output sharp, consistent, and on time. ⭐The Role This is not a basic “post a couple of TikToks” job. You’ll be the publishing hub for several brands, working closely with leadership and creators to: Edit long-form videos into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) Create thumbnails, banners, and simple social graphics Publish across YouTube, Substack, Instagram, TikTok, and internal platforms Maintain posting calendars for multiple brands Write smart, on-brand titles, descriptions, and captions Turn transcripts into polished posts and summaries Ensure tone consistency across different voices and brands Starts as part-time contractor with a clear path to full-time if it’s a mutual fit. ⭐ Key Responsibilities Publishing & Scheduling Own weekly posting schedules across brands Upload, tag, and format content for each platform Editing & Creative Edit short vertical videos from long-form recordings Design thumbnails, banners, lower thirds (Canva/Figma is fine) Tone & Brand Adapt to multiple brand voices (FFG = serious/intelligence, DTRH = esoteric, Dr. Scottie = medical, Numeratus = Compliance) Proofread and lightly edit copy before content goes live Coordination Juggle multiple projects and deadlines Communicate clearly with Brennan, creators, and the internal team ⭐ Requirements Must-Have Skills Experience publishing content on YouTube + at least one of: IG, TikTok, or Substack Solid video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut) Strong writing and editorial judgment Ability to match and maintain brand tone Graphic design ability (Canva/Figma) Strong organization and follow-through Must-Have Traits Fast learner, self-starter Calm and reliable under pressure Comfortable switching between multiple brands and topics Highly detail-oriented Low ego, high integrity Thrives in a startup/agency environment Nice-to-Have Background in media, publishing, or documentary-style content Comfort with crypto/markets, wellness, or scientific language Experience writing episode descriptions or summaries ⭐ What We Offer Clear contract-to-hire path (60–90 days) Flexible remote work Ability to work across several interesting, high-impact brands Real ownership over publishing and brand presentation Room to grow into a core team role as we scale ⭐ How to Apply EMAIL:[email protected] with a Subject saying that you want to build Communities Please include: Portfolio or reel (must show social edits / shorts / reels) Links to content you’ve worked on (YouTube, IG, TikTok, Substack, etc.) Channels styles you like yourself!
