Position Details:

Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
? Adapt and modify the general education curriculum to accommodate students’ specific learning needs
? Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings, including inclusive classrooms and resource rooms
? Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
? Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed
? Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for goals and services
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
? Active state SPED teaching certification
? Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
? Commitment to supporting student success and growth
