Key Responsibilities:
? Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design, develop, and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities.
? Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators, specialists, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
? Adaptation of Curriculum: Utilize effective teaching strategies and modify the curriculum to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.

Qualifications:
? Educational Background: Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Licensure: Valid state SPED teaching license.
? Expertise: Strong understanding of various learning styles and educational needs.
? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
