They are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support the USA Supplier Quality team with various activities related to supplier information, quality files, and administrative management.
Responsibilities
- Collect supplier information and update supplier quality files (ISO certificates, questionnaires, etc.) and purchased product files (PMP, GIP, Material Qualifications)
- Maintain the raw materials database and the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Monitor supplier change notifications
- Follow up on supplier non-conformances and monitor corrective actions
- Participate in updating procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier quality
- Update performance indicators
- Assist in the veeva implementation project
- Assist the team with administrative file management
- File, sort, and archive various administrative documents
- Plan and organize meetings/appointments
Skills
- Proficiency in Windows office tools (Word and Excel)
- Good written communication skills in English and French

- Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Science
