RemX is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support territory growth, customer development, and equipment sales across the Pacific Northwest for an OEM specializing in high-precision industrial equipment. This is a key sales role for someone who understands how to manage a multi-state territory, build customer relationships, and drive new business while working independently in the field. The Company 30+ year-old OEM manufacturing company of high-precision industrial equipment used across a range of manufacturing environments Become part of an organization offering the opportunity to manage a multi-state territory, support customer growth, and contribute to continued sales expansion across the Pacific Northwest Excellent compensation – $80,000 - $95,000 Base Salary DOE plus full benefits, uncapped commission, annual bonus, PTO, and paid travel The Position Manage and grow sales activity across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana within the assigned commercial territory Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships across the region Present and sell company products and solutions through customer visits, virtual meetings, product demonstrations, road shows, and trade shows Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through quotation, sales order, and close Maintain Salesforce activity, pipeline reporting, and territory data to support visibility, follow-up, and overall sales execution Support territory growth through outbound outreach, demand generation, networking, educational seminars, and ongoing customer development Assist with service, support, training, and installation coordination as needed to support the overall customer experience The Details 3–5 years of B2B sales experience is required, preferably selling technical equipment, capital equipment, or industrial products, with strong ability in territory development, product demonstrations, quotations, and full-cycle sales activity Role covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana and is ideally based in the Seattle area, requiring regional travel for customer visits, demos, training, and trade shows while independently managing territory growth and customer relationships
