Responsibilities
- Recruit students for graduate-level healthcare programs across the University
- Build strong, professional relationships with prospective students and campus partners
- Plan and attend recruitment events (virtual and on‑site), including college fairs and open houses
- Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support recruitment efforts
- Use CRM and application systems to maintain an organized and responsive applicant pipeline
- Meet recruitment goals while delivering an excellent student experience
- Represent the University through campus tours, presentations, and interviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in recruitment, admissions, outreach, student services, or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends
- Higher education or healthcare recruitment experience
- Familiarity with CRM or application systems
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working independently
