Responsibilities:
? Enter, update, and verify data accurately and efficiently
? Provide daily technical support for network systems, desktop systems, software, and hardware
? Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network problems
? Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security
? Respond to client queries, resolve computer-related issues, and provide technical assistance via phone or remote access
? Install and configure hardware and software as needed (including systems like SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K)
? Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
? Travel between offices for site visits, equipment installation, or troubleshooting, as required
Requirements:
? Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
? Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server)
? Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Symantec, Ghost, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and various web browsers is preferred
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Location:
? Domiciled in TXALG with potential substitute locations in TXDFW, TXDAL
? Travel may be required between offices
