What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct diverse user research studies, including planning, execution, and analysis
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform product strategy and UX improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate research insights into the product development process
- Present findings to stakeholders to influence product decisions and advocate for user-centric solutions
- Manage multiple research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, preferably in tech or related fields
- Expertise in various user research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with consumer-facing products or platforms is beneficial
