Vice President, Human Resources

Job Description: • Help lay the infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years • Turn HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance reviews) into auditable scalable systems, each with their own KPIs • Team with hiring managers to quickly source and screen amazing new hires • Helps to ensure that IMPaCT culture can be scaled (i.e. through rituals like a company retreat) as we rapidly grow • Work with supervisors to manage a rapidly growing workforce, which includes a mix of corporate employees and frontline CHWs working in homes and communities Requirements: • 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR • Preferably in a startup, early stage company environment (Pre-Seed through Series B) • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Recent experience and comfort with being an individual contributor • Experience in healthcare is a plus • Experience with mission-driven organizations is a plus • One of our core values is to create a diverse workplace that welcomes and values each team member’s unique perspective, background, and ideas Benefits: • Competitive compensation and equity grants • Comprehensive benefits • Plenty of opportunities for team-building and fun • Work from home
