Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role.
? Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
? Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM software, and basic computer skills.
? Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
? High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
