CommCARE, offi cially known as Community Network for Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., is a not-for-profi t behavioral health management organization based in Kansas City, Missouri. Founded in 1996, its mission is to collaborate with community behavioral health centers and other providers to enhance access to aff ordable, high-quality, and eff ective behavioral health services.
What You?ll Do
As a Virtual Clinician, you?ll provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals in need, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver individual and/or group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Support clients with issues like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and chronic health concerns
Collaborate with CommCARE?s care coordination team to support continuity of care
Maintain ethical standards and uphold confi dentiality
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted therapy license in the state of Missouri and/or Kansas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience providing therapy in a virtual or remote setting
Opportunities to weekday and weekend hours, based on client need
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
Comfort with telehealth delivery
Dual licensure a plus
Maintain training requirements
