Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs in a virtual setting.
? Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs using online tools and evidence-based practices.
? Monitor and document student progress, adjusting IEPs as necessary to ensure academic and developmental growth.
? Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals through virtual platforms to support student success.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid teaching certification in Special Education in the state of Alabama.
? Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, preferably in a virtual environment.
? Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education laws.
? Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology.
? 1099 Contract
