Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
– Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat
– Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
– Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:
– Confident and independent personality traits
– Strong research and creativity skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven experience in web chat management or customer service
– Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
