– Work collaboratively with team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction
Requirements:
– No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
– Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
– Strong strategic planning skills to identify and implement solutions to customer issues
– Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
