As a Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients and employees. You will work with, client?s assisting in coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and related… logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
? Travel Arrangement:
? Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees
? Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences
? Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date
? Customer Service:
? Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally
? Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees
? Itinerary Management:
? Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings
? Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components
? Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for client?s to review and agree to
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
