Remote Workers’ Compensation & Subrogation Attorneys (Multiple Openings) California – Remote A well-established and rapidly expanding California litigation practice is seeking Workers’ Compensation and Subrogation Attorneys to join its growing team. Open Positions ⚖️ Workers’ Compensation Attorneys $150K – $280K base + quarterly bonuses Attorneys will handle workers’ compensation defense matters representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in litigation and administrative proceedings. ⚖️ Subrogation / Civil Litigation Attorneys $130K – $200K base + quarterly bonuses The firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to assist in its growing subrogation practice group. Prior subrogation experience is not required; however, strong civil litigation experience is preferred. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
