What You'll Do • Provide technical support to team members via chat, email, or video call. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. • Support the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls. • Maintain IT documentation and update internal knowledge bases. • Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and security. • Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based tools and remote work systems. Who You Are • A student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. • Comfortable with basic networking concepts, troubleshooting, and system configuration. • Knowledge of cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) or remote collaboration platforms is a plus. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from a global team. • Prior internship or helpdesk experience is a plus, but not required.
