Junior Software Engineer

In this role, you’ll help build a leading healthcare cost containment platform that offers affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. You'll focus on developing backend tools for data validation, extraction, and processing that power core components of the platform, including patient advocacy, analytics & reporting, and accredited care management services. At least 6+ months of commercial software development experience Strong understanding of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) fundamentals Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using approved patterns and design principles Working knowledge of Git Familiarity with Microsoft development environments (Visual Studio, VS Code) Intermediate+ English level Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow High sense of ownership, accountability, and visibility in work Desirable: Hands-on experience with frontend technologies, preferably Angular Knowledge of Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence Familiarity with REST APIs Unit testing experience Experience debugging with Visual Studio tools (debugger, profiler) Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll help design, implement, and maintain systems that update regulatory data across multiple healthcare revenue cycle management products.
