Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Staffing Coordinator to join our recruitment operations team. In this role, you will support staffing processes by maintaining candidate databases, preparing documentation such as invoices, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and written English communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update staffing spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Microsoft Excel. Prepare and process candidate invoices and related documentation. Coordinate candidate lifecycle tracking — from sourcing through onboarding. Communicate effectively with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors. Screen and process incoming resumes for alignment with open roles. Maintain structured records of candidates in recruitment systems or spreadsheets. Assist in generating periodic analytics reports on hiring status and staffing metrics. Support general administrative tasks related to staffing coordination. Requirements: Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering, formatting). Highly organized with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills in English. Experience working with resumes, ATS tools, or in a staffing/recruitment environment is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in a recruitment coordination, HR assistant, or staffing support role. Familiarity with recruiting vendors or external staffing agencies.
