Sales / Lead Generation The company is an AI-powered sales concierge platform for e-commerce and retail, providing end-to-end customer support. It assists customers with product selection, upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing deals. In addition, it helps businesses manage overstock by arranging negotiation events where customers are invited to negotiate prices instead of applying flat discounts. Job Description Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential retail merchant leads across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion, and lifestyle segments in Australia. Use LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and other tools to generate and qualify leads. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers. Pipeline Development & Management Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and assistance with onboarding. Track and report on KPIs, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Relationship Building & Outreach Engage merchants through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Present the value proposition of the platform effectively to diverse retail sectors. Nurture relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships. Collaboration & Insights Work closely with management team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and onboarding steps. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation strategies and processes. Must Haves This role is open only to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B2C models. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth. Strong understanding of the Australian retail market across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion accessories, and lifestyle products. Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. (Mailchimp, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly proactive. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
