About the position The Lease Admin Sr Analyst position at CBRE involves managing and maintaining the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a large and complex client portfolio. This role requires inputting, organizing, and reporting on lease-related information, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing support in a fast-paced environment. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while upholding high standards of service and accuracy in lease administration. Responsibilities • Uphold the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a large client portfolio. • Input, maintain, organize, and report on lease dates, dollar values, and financial transactions in lease management software. • Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions. • Respond promptly to multiple requests from landlords, tenants, and property managers. • Process invoices, interpret leases, resolve payment issues, and manage aging collections. • Track payables and receivables associated with leases in the portfolio. • Prepare export files for accounting payables processing. • Review incoming invoices for errors and ensure correct coding with lease documents. • Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports accurately and timely. • Perform annual operating expense reconciliations and monitor audit requirements in lease documents. • Create and maintain client lease files with current and accurate information. Requirements • High school degree or general education degree required. • Minimum of four years related work experience, preferably in commercial property management or accounting. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. • Ability to calculate complex figures and conduct financial/business analysis. Nice-to-haves • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products. • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects.
