Job Responsibilities: • Review and process rental applications for multi properties. • Monitor key performance metrics to achieve individual and unit goals. • Meet production goals while maintaining underwriting integrity and overall profitability of the product line. • Work collaboratively with other team members. • Keep current on issues affecting the line of business. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Including Education): • Proven knowledge of compliance issues and corporate guidelines. • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze model data and make informed, calculated risk decisions. • Strong computer skills (Excel | Word | Google Suite) with demonstrated high accuracy output. • Strong problem solving, reasoning, and decision making skills. • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines. • Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills. • Proven team player and energetic personality. • Flexible work schedule. • Excellent communicator. • College degree or equivalent work experience Apply tot his job
