Legal Consultant for RFP & Contract Review (Urgent)
We are looking for an experienced legal professional to assist with RFP review and contract-related work on an urgent basis. The deadline is short, so immediate availability is required. Tender / RFP documents will be shared only after an initial assessment of your profile. The role requires close coordination with our Product, Sales, Security, Compliance, and other relevant teams to align legal, commercial, and regulatory inputs and prepare the proposal accordingly. Key Requirements Legal review and response to RFPs Coordination with product, sales, security, and compliance teams Review of MSA, NDA, SLA, EULA, and Purchase Orders Understanding of SaaS and software licensing Review of security, data protection, and compliance clauses Ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions Comfortable working under tight timelines Urgency ⚠️ Short turnaround time.
