The Opportunity You’ll be given a defined territory and the freedom to build a local media business within our proven model. You’ll host a local interview-style podcast featuring business owners in your community, which becomes a powerful relationship-building and sales engine. This is not transactional selling. It’s consultative, content-driven, and community-focused. What You’ll Do • Host a local podcast highlighting business owners in your market (full training provided) • Build relationships that convert naturally into long-term clients • Sell bundled media packages (podcast + social clips + local TV exposure) • Prospect, run discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals • Grow accounts through renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships • Collaborate with leadership on positioning and go-to-market strategy • Track activity and pipeline using simple digital tools What You’ll Bring • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (media, marketing, advertising, SaaS, or business services preferred) • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership instincts • Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Strong follow-up habits and disciplined pipeline management • Willingness to host a podcast (we provide coaching, format, and support) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications—or equivalent experience Must-Haves (Setup & Skills) • Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace • Comfortable on Zoom and with basic CRM/productivity tools • Ability to lead professional discovery conversations and close deals • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable without daily oversight Nice-to-Haves • Experience with local advertising or media sales • Background in content marketing or podcasting • On-camera, hosting, or public-speaking experience Compensation & Perks • $100,000 – $300,000+ per year (uncapped profit-sharing) • Fully remote with flexible weekday schedule • No nights or weekends • Creative freedom to build your personal brand and local presence • Long-term income through renewals and recurring clients • Real impact helping local businesses grow and be remembered How to Apply Submit your resume along with a short note highlighting: • Your top B2B sales wins • Why this opportunity fits your goals If there’s a fit, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to walk you through the model.
