Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the perioperative department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction within the perioperative department. Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans. Provide leadership and direction to a team of perioperative professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to perioperative services. Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Manage departmental budget and resources, making effective and efficient use of available funds. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in perioperative services, incorporating new techniques and technologies into departmental practices.
