Marketing Analyst

Strike Acceptance is a company focused on enhancing sales and marketing effectiveness. The Marketing Analyst will analyze sales data, conduct market research, and provide insights to support the sales management team and contribute to market growth. Responsibilities Generate and lead campaigns and marketing collateral for constant contact, website, and social media among other potential marketing avenues Propose and implement communications plans, strategies, and campaigns Develop and influence brand initiatives towards increasing brand awareness Monitor communication plan milestone completion and identify process roadblock Identify client opportunities and propose strategies, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness Provides requested data and reporting from multiple sources, understanding their meaning, relationships, and impact. Analyzes and interprets data, compiles ideas on best practices and shares with the regional leadership team Research, plan and attend trade shows, customer appreciation events as well as other related marketing events Researches and coordinates execution of industry trade shows Prepare monthly commission and additional reporting for sales management Tracking marketing spend for all products/brands Coordinate sales training classes Additional duties as needed in support of sales and marketing Skills 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Communications or a recent college graduate with a related major and hands on experience while in school Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and an analytical mindset Adaptable and results-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment Advanced English level Must enjoy and thrive in social settings and interactions since trade show and event management/attendance will be a large part of the role Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview Strike Acceptance is an automotive lending company.
