Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Medicare Insurance Field Brokers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our organization, connecting with potential clients in their communities to educate them about Medicare options and help them select the best coverage plans. Duties • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, in home appointments, office apointments, and appointments at local venues • Educate seniors about Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes with clarity and confidence • Negotiate plan options tailored to individual needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products • Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records • Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the enrollment process Skills • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure client commitments • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly using analysis skills • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance when handling sensitive health information • Experience in telemarketing or outreach campaigns to generate leads and follow up with prospects • Effective marketing skills to promote services within local communities and online platforms • Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships • Benefits administration knowledge is advantageous for explaining plan benefits clearly Join us as a Medicare Insurance Field Broker and become an essential part of helping seniors navigate their healthcare options!
