Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth, Part Time

Job Description: • Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms • Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations Requirements: • Active and verifiable license from one of the following Montana licenses: LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC, as well as your state of residence if it is not Montana. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process. This is a part time position up to 20 hours per week. • Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings • Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach • Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity • Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet Benefits: • The salary range for this full-time position is $30,000 - $40,000 and will commensurate with experience and • Remote work options with part-time schedules • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development • Supportive team culture focused on impact, collaboration, and innovation • Be part of building a modern, inclusive, and accessible mental health care system Apply tot his job
