Merchandising Assistant

Fabletics is currently looking for a Merchandising Assistant for their Men’s, Scrubs & Accessories line. In this role, you will assist the Merchandising team with various projects, ensuring accurate data management and supporting the team with sample processes and reporting. Responsibilities Maintain Buy Records (UBT & Centric): Ensure accurate and timely entry of new styles and outfits once buys are placed. Regularly update all style, cost, and quantity changes Manage the Sample Process: Partner with cross-functional teams to pull and maintain samples for weekly selling meetings and key milestones Create Line Sheets: Develop and distribute monthly Excel-based line sheets to cross-functional partners Oversee the Shipping Tracker: Track all aspects of shipping — from estimated arrival to receipt in the system. Proactively flag delayed POs or shipping issues to the Buying team Generate Selling Reports: Pull, format, and distribute weekly selling reports. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed Monitor PO Approvals Ensure purchase orders are reviewed and approved in a timely manner Support Additional Projects as Needed Contribute to departmental initiatives and assist with other responsibilities as assigned Skills 1+ year of merchandising experience or a relevant internship Strong proficiency in Excel and Centric PLM; familiarity with Blue Cherry is a plus Comfortable pulling reports and performing data entry across multiple systems (training provided) Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and identify areas of concern Demonstrates a high level of accuracy in reporting, data entry, and analysis Completes assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive in raising concerns and partnering cross-functionally Strong collaborator with the merchandising team; adaptable to shifting priorities Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Hybrid Work Schedule Discretionary Paid Time Off Summer Fridays Healthcare Plans Employee Discounts 401k Annual Bonus Program Equity Program And More Company Overview Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.
