Job Description:Experience:5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including implementation, customization, and user training.Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.Skills:In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM (including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules).Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.Proficiency in e-learning tools and platforms.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Design and develop customized training materials and programs for MS Dynamics CRM, including user manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.Update and maintain training documentation to reflect system updates, new features, and best practices.Training Delivery:Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for internal teams, end-users, and clients on the functionalities and best practices of MS Dynamics CRM.Provide hands-on training to new users and advanced training for experienced users, tailoring content to various user levels.Needs Assessment and Feedback:Conduct training needs assessments by meeting with stakeholders, analyzing user proficiency levels, and identifying gaps in knowledge.Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.Collaboration:Work closely with the IT, Sales, and Marketing departments to understand the business processes and translate them into effective training.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.Support and Troubleshooting:Provide post-training support and troubleshooting assistance to users to ensure smooth adoption of MS Dynamics CRM.Serve as a go-to resource for MS Dynamics CRM-related queries and issues.Reporting and Analysis:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, including participant performance and engagement metrics.Analyze training outcomes and make data-driven decisions to enhance the training curriculum Apply tot his job
