ONLINE EST/CST English Instructor (Morning Availability)
Teachers will perform a range of duties, including but not limited to: • Select from a library of resources to create age and level appropriate lessons for students. • Thoughtfully plan lessons in all content areas and implement specific strategies to meet the enrichment needs of all students. • Employ a variety of instructional techniques, and performance assessments to promote learning, creativity and collaboration. • Integrate technology into their instruction and work using student management software, Google Classroom, and Google Drive. • Communicate and enforce high expectations and standards for behavior and academic performance. • Communicate regularly with management about classroom activities and student progress. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related major • 2+ years of teaching experience with PreK-6th is required. • 1+ years of online teaching experience is preferred. • Must be able to teach EST/CST early morning, eg: EST6am-8am • A love of teaching and desire to help students succeed. • Must be organized and able to multitask, self-direct. • Must be familiar with online teaching Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Application Question(s): • Which time zone are you currently located at? • Are you able to teach 6-7:30am EST? • You must be located within the USA.
