Responsibilities • Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels. • Conduct live online coaching sessions, demonstrating exercises and providing real-time feedback. • Monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and motivation. • Provide nutritional guidance and meal planning assistance, promoting healthy eating habits. • Engage with clients via digital platforms, responding to inquiries and providing support throughout their fitness journeys. • Create and share educational content, such as workout videos, articles, or webinars, to enhance client knowledge and engagement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and motivational online community. • Certification in personal training or a related fitness field (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). • Proven experience in coaching clients online or in-person, with excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness practices. • Ability to use various digital communication tools and fitness tracking apps effectively. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tailor their programs accordingly. • Motivated self-starter with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and provide clear instructions.
