Join Delta Air Lines’ Operations & Customer Center as a Co-op supporting 24/7 global operations with data-driven solutions across multiple teams. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support one of the OCC teams: Fuel Strategy, Customer Experience / Operations Planning, Flight Control, OCC Innovation & Technology, or OCC Business Strategy. • Assist in developing fuel strategies, operational planning, flight dispatch, IT initiatives, or business strategy projects. • Work with aviation professionals to solve operational business challenges using data. • Contribute to safety, efficiency, and customer experience improvements in Delta’s worldwide network. • Engage in project management, emergency response planning, and safety and compliance campaigns as applicable. About You The company is looking for: • Availability for three alternating semesters: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027, working Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM in Atlanta, GA. • Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the co-op program duration. • Willingness and ability to learn new skills, collaborate with team members, and maintain a team-first attitude. • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Comfort working in both group and individual settings. • Commitment to safety and security for self and others. • Embraces diversity in people, thinking, and styles. • Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • At least 18 years old with authorization to work in the United States. • Note: Co-op work cannot be combined with active coursework, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters. Career Progression • This position provides educational and professional work experience to prepare students for the workforce but does not guarantee full-time employment upon graduation.
