About the position The OPS Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant will support the In Space Biomanufacturing Innovation Hub by assisting in project coordination, event planning, communication facilitation, and providing administrative support. This role is essential for managing space biomanufacturing initiatives and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of project solicitations, documentation, reports, and presentations. • Organize and support events, webinars, and workshops related to space biomanufacturing. • Coordinate internal and external communications about seminars, solicitations, and events. • Organize and maintain schedules and meetings for team members and leadership. • Handle incoming communications and manage correspondence. • Prepare standard grant templates and review budgets as needed. Requirements • AA degree in science or business-related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Enthusiasm for space research. Nice-to-haves • BA degree. • Experience in project coordination. • Experience communicating in a team environment.
