Outside Sales Representative

The role involves territory management, prospecting new leads, providing customer support, and monitoring market trends. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned Midwest territory Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events Conduct on-site visits to farms, dealerships, and agribusinesses to present products and services Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide product demonstrations and training to customers Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions for product application and performance Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy Attend trade shows, field days, and industry events to represent the company and expand networks Skills Minimum 1 year experience in sales Sales Business development Outside sales Benefits Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
