Part Time Answering Service Agent (Bilingual & Local Candidates Preferred)
We are seeking individuals who have a pleasant, upbeat telephone voice and demeanor to answer incoming calls for medical, legal and general businesses. Our agents are the first point of contact for our clients, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and appropriate decisions. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls • Obtain accurate information in messages • Dispatch messages via email, text, fax or put through to an on call representative Qualifications: • Energetic and reliable. • Strong writing, typing and grammar skills • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • High level of professionalism • Bilingual is a positive • Willing to work some holidays and weekends. • Willing to complete a criminal background check • Position is a work from home opportunity.
