Part-Time Media Buyer for Immigration Law Firm | Google, Meta & TikTok Ads - Contract to Hire

We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm hiring an experienced part-time Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok. We already have a clear blueprint in place. Two attorneys are creating consistent, relevant, and engaging content designed specifically for immigration clients. Your job is not to invent the message from scratch—it’s to amplify, test, and convert it into qualified leads and booked consultations. This is a performance role in a regulated industry. We care about real outcomes, not impressions or vague “brand lift.” Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize: • Google Ads (Search-first, high intent) • Facebook & Instagram Ads (prospecting + retargeting) • TikTok Ads (short-form, native creative, TOF/MOF) • Translate attorney-led content into scalable paid campaigns • Campaign structure, keyword research, audiences, bidding, and budget control • Test hooks, creatives, and angles while staying compliant • Optimize for lead quality and booked calls, not vanity metrics • Implement and monitor conversion & call tracking • Weekly reporting with clear insights and action steps • Coordinate with intake to validate actual lead quality What We Already Have: • A documented ads + content blueprint • Two attorneys producing consistent short-form and long-form content • Clear service focus and target audience • Intake process already in place You are plugging into a system—not chaos. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Media Buyer for: • Law firms, immigration, or regulated/professional services • Strong Google Ads experience (non-negotiable) • Solid Meta Ads experience • Hands-on TikTok Ads experience • Comfortable with tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization • Able to give strategic feedback, not just execute orders Interview Process (Important): Step 1: We will send you our blueprint/report Step 2: You review it and provide written feedback: • What you agree with • What you’d improve or test • Any gaps or risks you see This is the first step of the interview.
