Part-Time Role – Booker (Remote | Paid) - Queer Music Agency

Role Overview: Queer Music Agency (QMA) US is hiring a part-time Booker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with previous booking experience and an existing network in live music, talent buying, and brand partnerships. In this role, you’ll not only secure performance opportunities for our roster of queer artists, you’ll also identify and pitch brand collaborations, helping our artists build visibility and diversify income streams. This is a great opportunity to shape the next chapter of a fast-growing, queer-led agency working at the intersection of music, culture, and identity. Compensation: $500-$1500/month based on hours and experience. Responsibilities: • Pitch and secure shows, tours, festivals, and branded events for QMA artists. • Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, promoters, event producers, and industry professionals. • Proactively identify and pitch brand partnership opportunities (e.g., sponsored content, activations, campaigns, or events). • Collaborate with artists and management on tour strategy, availability, and brand alignment. • Negotiate booking and brand deal terms, contracts, and compensation. • Track communications and confirmed opportunities in our internal systems. • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotion timelines for confirmed shows and partnerships. • Help shape booking strategy for new artists and QMA’s overall growth. Requirements: • At least 1–2 years of experience in booking, talent buying, artist management, or a related field. • Working knowledge of the U.S. music venue landscape, plus a strong industry network. • Experience pitching or securing brand partnerships is a strong plus. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • A genuine passion for supporting queer artists and building an inclusive music industry. • Able to dedicate 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload. Compensation: This is a paid part-time role, with a monthly retainer (based on experience) plus commission on successful bookings and brand deals.
