Hi, I’m Suzie I’m a serial entrepreneur, business coach, and high-ticket closer working across multiple clients at any given time. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, sales, and execution, which means things move quickly and communication matters. I’m also a mom working part-time hours, so I’m intentional about how I use my time. I’m looking for a highly organized, sales-savvy virtual assistant to help me stay on top of scheduling, client communication, deal follow-up, and CRM management as my business continues to grow. This role is about making sure nothing slips through the cracks while momentum stays strong. You’ll act as my right-hand support behind the scenes. You’ll manage inboxes and calendars, triage messages, flag anything time-sensitive or revenue-related, and keep pipelines, notes, and next steps clean and current in the CRM. You’ll help maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads and active deals, support outbound sales initiatives when needed, and surface stalled opportunities that need my attention. On the client side, you’ll help keep the coaching experience seamless. That includes scheduling coaching calls, maintaining a steady cadence so no client is missed, organizing notes after sessions, uploading resources and action items to client portals, and ensuring everything is accurate, clear, and easy to navigate. You’ll also support outreach efforts to help bring in new coaching clients this year. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems and processes clean as we scale. That means helping document and improve workflows for sales, coaching, and communication, maintaining repeatable systems, and ensuring pre-created content is posted and shared on schedule so nothing gets dropped. This is a part-time role, and pay is dependent on experience.
