The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee records and overseeing the HR administrative processes. If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Manage employee records, including entering and updating personal information, tracking vacation and sick days, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws. Oversee HR administrative processes, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Monitor and report on key HR metrics. Liaise with external partners such as insurance providers and government agencies. Remain up-to-date with changes in payroll and HR regulations. Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.
