Personal Brand Strategist for Fractional CTO - Voice and Content Direction

I’m a fractional CTO for early-stage SaaS companies seeking a personal brand strategist to refine my voice, align my messaging across platforms, and create a clear content direction that builds credibility with founders and my target market(s). I already have a website and defined offerings — what I need is a cohesive, differentiated brand voice and a plan for how to communicate it effectively on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Goals: • Refine and unify my personal brand voice across my website and LinkedIn. • Develop clear stylistic and messaging recommendations I can apply across future materials. • Provide a practical posting framework with examples and channel recommendations that I can later give to a marketing assistant for content creation, outreach, and lead generation. Deliverables: 1. Brand Voice & Copy Refinement • Review and refine existing website and LinkedIn copy for tone, clarity, and consistency. • Deliver updated text and stylistic recommendations. • Provide a brief “voice guide” summarizing my messaging pillars and communication tone. 2. Content & Example Posts • Recommend a posting cadence and content themes suited to a fractional CTO working with startup founders. • Provide 3–5 example posts that reflect my tone and messaging style. • Include recommendations on where and how to post (LinkedIn, niche founder or tech platforms, etc.). 3. Strategic Direction • Summarize how these elements come together into a consistent personal brand narrative. • Optionally: outline how this foundation could evolve into an outreach plan to be executed later by marketing assistants. (Please mention in your proposal if you can assist with that stage as well.) Ideal Candidate: • Experience with personal branding for tech founders, consultants, or executives • Strong grasp of LinkedIn and thought-leadership content for technical or SaaS audiences. • Ability to communicate tone and structure clearly, with examples and rationale.
