Post Acute-Senior Advisory Consulting Manager

Responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients; heavily involved in establishing, developing, and growing both new and existing business. This role can be remote.ResponsibilitiesStrategically lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and engagement profitability Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships Develop and manage engagement budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards Oversee maintenance of work papers and quality control processes across all engagements, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements Mentor and develop a team of managers and consultants, providing guidance on career progression, technical skills, and leadership development Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare financial services, actively participating in the sales cycle to win new business and expand existing client relationships Prepare and present complex proposals to potential clients, leveraging industry expertise to create compelling value propositions QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceAt least 5 years healthcare financial operations or consulting work experience At least 5 years project management experience, including complex, multi-faceted engagements At least 2 years accounting and finance work experience At least 5 years people management experience Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices Post Acute Healthcare experience, Provider or non-ProviderProven track record of successful client relationship management and business development Preferred​​Clinical or non-clinical experienceCertification in healthcare finance such as Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Publication history or speaking engagements establishing thought leadership in healthcare financeExpectationsComfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools May require up to 40% travel for client meetings, conferences or training Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
