PowerPoint Designer Needed for Redesign + Templatized Slide Master (B2B Tech Brand)
RFgen is seeking an experienced PowerPoint designer to redesign two customer-facing decks used by our Professional Services team and convert them into clean, modern, reusable templates. This project includes: 1. Final Pick Deck – used to present the selected solution and next steps 2. Welcome Call Deck – used during customer onboarding - Both decks already exist and will serve as the primary content source. Your role is to modernize the visual design, improve clarity and layout structure, elevate the storytelling, and then build template-ready slide masters for long-term internal use. About RFgen: RFgen provides mobile barcode and data collection software for enterprise organizations, enabling real-time inventory visibility and operational efficiency. Our brand is clean, modern, technical, and suited for B2B industrial and warehousing audiences. We’re Looking for a Designer with: - Strong experience creating professional PowerPoint decks for B2B, SaaS, or technical industries - Expertise in building PowerPoint slide masters and templates that internal teams can easily reuse - A clean, structured layout style with excellent information hierarchy - Ability to redesign diagrams, data visuals, and flow charts for clarity - Comfort working with brand guidelines while elevating visual quality - Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines - Immediate availability Project Deliverables: 1. Redesigned Welcome Call Deck - Full visual redesign of all existing slides - New layouts with improved structure, spacing, and readability - Updated visuals, callouts, icons, diagrams 2. Templatized Welcome Call Deck - Title slides - Agenda slides - Text + visual layouts - Multi-column layouts - Diagram/workflow layouts - Chart-friendly slides - Callout/highlight slides - Next steps/CTA slides 3. Redesigned Final Pick Deck - Full visual refresh of the entire deck - Streamlined layouts for improved storytelling and clarity - Refined diagrams, architecture graphics, and data visuals 4. Templatized Final Pick Deck - Section dividers - Summary layouts - Evaluation/comparison layouts - Data table + chart layouts - Workflow diagrams - Approval/next steps slides Final Deliverables for Each Deck: 1. Editable PPTX with slide master 2. Exported PDF 3.
