Stewardship is our priority and we have managed over $15 billion of private capital commitments since inception. This role can be based in our Wilton, CT office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Prepare quarterly partnership workpapers, investor allocations, investment manager reconciliations and financial statements for venture capital, private equity and natural resources strategies • Work closely with the fund administrator ensuring accuracy of fund workpapers, financials statements, and fund related work throughout the year • Review quarterly / annual audited manager financial statements with close attention to manager valuations • Prepare monthly cash, investment and stock reconciliations • Prepare capital call and distribution notices for investors • Track / analyze cash and stock distributions received from investment managers • Assist with annual audit and tax engagements • Assist with special projects and analysis as required Requirements • Undergraduate degree in accounting / CPA not required but welcome to apply • 1+ years prior business / public accounting experience with asset management clients • Knowledge of private investment partnerships a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas • Strong desire to contribute to success of fast-paced, dynamic team • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communications skills PI191708721 Expected salary: Location: Wilton, CT Job date: Sat, 17 Sep 2022 05:10:34 GMT Apply for the job now!
